Gretchen Isidoro
Hi there! My name is Gretchen. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide telehealth services for residents of California. I’ve been in the helping field, I feel, my entire life. I’ve always felt a sense of purpose and meaning in walking along one’s journey and supporting them in the best way I can. My role is to meet you where you are at in life and create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space for you to tell your unique story and to ultimately feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I have been providing services since 2015. I’ve enjoyed working with individuals from incredibly different and unique walks of life and appreciate each and every one’s path I’ve crossed. From preschool-age children to adolescents, teens, the elderly, adults with special needs, and individuals and families impacted by incarceration to the law enforcement community, I’ve been able to provide support for individuals at different stages in life. Although I’ve developed a deep appreciation for working with different populations and learning about each of their incredibly unique needs, my work at this time is primarily with individuals including adults, couples, and families. As a Certified First Responder Counselor, I work with individuals, couples, and families, belonging to the Law Enforcement and First Responder Community. My current experiences working in partnership with Law Enforcement and being a loved one of a courageous and dedicated individual working in Law Enforcement has familiarized me with the culture and has instilled a great sense of compassion and appreciation for this community. I support those dealing with high-functioning anxiety, mental/emotional suffering, relationship difficulties, life transitions, daily stress, and unhealthy behavior patterns and survivors of trauma.
